  • No. We will still provide the fully turnkey escape rooms in your space. We will adjust pricing to your specifications. For example, in most cases, we will provide wall coverings to create the immersive aesthetic on to your pre-built walls. We will work with your contractor to discuss space layouts, identify electrical needs, door placement etc.

  • Yes. Our modular system conforms to fire-ratings in all locations. We suggest property reviews our specs with their fire marshal prior to final order for everyone’s peace of mind.

  • No. In most cases, our modular rooms do not have ceilings. This ensures the room does not require additional work in venting and does not interfere with sprinkler systems. In some cases such as in our scary rooms, we utilize a fabric ceiling to reduce the light seepage but this is discussed and approved (to meet fire regulations) prior to final order.

  • Yes. We have moved the rooms for many of our customers as they have grown to larger premises. The rooms are not portable. They do take a number of days to disassemble and reassemble but they go up as good as new upon relocation.

  • Lighting and flooring is included in our premium package. In many cases flooring is not required as the modular room fits into existing meeting space. These items will be discussed and will figure into our final estimate depending on your space and your preferences.

  • We aim for a 6 week production schedule. Some factors will affect our production schedule such as our order levels, your own internal decision-making process, shipping time etc. But 6 weeks is a good rule of thumb.

  • It is best if we know that is going to be considered as we can make suggestions as to which rooms can be converted in future (they would have a similar footprint) and electronics specs and door placement can be incorporated into the design to work for more than one theme execution.
